Contact Management is a tool that complements Sales and Marketing efforts, as well as extends
into additional business areas wthin the company.
It provides a contact database that goes beyond storing contact information. It enables prospecting and call log tracking functionality. It also forms part of a larger set of data that can be used to evaluate business decisions, typically via SWOT analyses.
Unlimited contact names can be assigned to Prospects, Clients, and Vendors.
This plug-in module can run stand-alone or fully integrate with the Financials Suite.
